David Eberly, Colonel, USAF (ret) and member of the Williamsburg Chapter was presented The Wright Brothers Master Pilot

David Eberly, Colonel, USAF (ret) and member of the Williamsburg Chapter was presented The Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award by Mr. Morey Dacey, FAA FAASTeam Program Manager in Richmond on Feb. 10, 2024.

David soloed at Cessna 150 on November 22, 1968, as an AFROTC pilot candidate at Indiana University. During his Air Force career as a fighter pilot, he flew the F-4 and F-15E. Today, he flies the RV-12 and has a total of over 4000 hours.
